Megan and I decided to make some thing delicious for dinner. She has this amazing cook book by Cooks Illustrated. It turned into a big Family dinner! After dinner we talked Joshua into going to Hwy 99 Blues Club. We had a ridiculously good time! Joshua actually had fun! Hwy 99 is quickly becoming a popular spot for a younger west coast swing crowed.

Peaches are so pretty!

Gayle brought peaches over from Eastern Washington. Megan and I were so excited for peaches! They were ripe on Friday. We met at the crack of 8:30 in the morning! So early! Mom showed us the ropes and in about two hours we had 24 beautiful jars of yummy peaches!

I think she pooped her pants a little The Evergreen State fair is in town for 2 weeks. It's two weeks of hell for the good people of Monroe. You simply can't get any where with out driving way out of your way to get to a ten minute destination. But we decided to make the best of it and Evergreen it up.
